Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for BlendCreate (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Most course access and community activity occurs inside Circle. Payments are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
1) Subscriptions (Creator / Creator+)
General rule
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we decide to offer a refund at our discretion.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Renewals
If you forget to cancel and your subscription renews, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
2) Free Starter Pack
The Free Starter Pack is free. No refunds apply.
3) When we may issue a refund (case-by-case)
We may consider a refund if, for example:
You were charged in error (duplicate charge)
You had a technical issue that prevented access and we could not resolve it in a reasonable time
Fraudulent transactions are identified
If a refund is granted, access to paid content and the Circle spaces may be revoked.
4) Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause or revoke access while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
5) How to request a refund
Email us at support@blendcreateofficial.com with:
the email address used for purchase
your transaction/receipt details (if available)
a short description of the issue
Refunds (if approved) are processed via Paddle and are returned to the original payment method, subject to Paddle/bank processing times.
6) EU/UK notice (digital content)
If you are in the EU/UK, you may have statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, by purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw/cancel may be limited once access begins, except where the law requires otherwise.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
