These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BlendCreate (the “Service”), including digital lessons, downloadable resources, the Free Starter Pack, weekly challenges, and the BlendCreate community hosted on Circle.
By accessing free materials, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
BlendCreate provides:
Digital educational content (video lessons, tutorials, guides)
Downloadable resources (project files, templates, references)
A community space hosted on Circle for sharing progress and receiving peer feedback savala
Weekly challenges to help you practice and ship projects consistently
Our website is primarily used for information and checkout. Most course viewing and community activity happens inside Circle. We may update, improve, add, or remove content and features over time.
2) Free Starter Pack (Free Access)
We may offer a Free Starter Pack and other free resources (“Free Materials”).
Free Materials are provided “as is” and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
You may use Free Materials for personal learning use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly upload Free Materials unless we explicitly allow it in writing.
3) Plans
BlendCreate offers subscription plans, including:
BlendCreate Creator — $59 / month
BlendCreate Creator+ (Core Club) — $89 / month
Current plan details (features, limits, and included access) are described on the Pricing page. If there is a conflict between the Pricing page and these Terms, these Terms control.
4) Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
Your subscription is for one individual. Account sharing is not allowed.
5) Payments & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
Payments are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
Taxes (including VAT/GST/sales tax) may be calculated and collected where required.
Access to Circle and paid materials may be granted, updated, or revoked based on your billing status (e.g., successful payment, cancellation, refund, chargeback, or failed payment).
6) Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, unless your access is suspended for policy violations or removed due to fraud/chargebacks.
7) Refunds
Our Refund Policy is available on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8) Creator+ (Core Club) seat policy
Creator+ (Core Club) is designed to stay active and sustainable.
Capacity & additional groups
Core Club may be operated with capacity guidance (for example, managed in groups of ~30).
If demand increases, we may open additional Core Club groups to maintain quality and community experience.
If capacity is reached, new subscribers may be placed on a waitlist or enrollment may be limited until space is available.
Active-seat policy
Creator+ is intended for members who participate.
We may apply an active-seat policy (e.g., minimum participation expectations), communicated inside the community, to keep the Core Club healthy and active.
Monthly public post expectation (with opt-out)
Creator+ may include an expectation of monthly public posting inside the community (sharing progress or a finished piece).
Opt-out is allowed with a reason (e.g., privacy, safety, personal circumstances). We may offer an alternative participation method when you opt out.
We will aim to apply these policies fairly. Specific thresholds, definitions, and enforcement details may evolve over time.
9) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly upload paid content or downloads
Share your account or give others access to paid materials
Use the Service to harass, spam, or violate others’ rights
Post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content
Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls
We may remove content or restrict/suspend access if these rules are violated.
10) Intellectual property & user content (important)
Our materials
All lessons, downloads, templates, and materials provided through BlendCreate are owned by BlendCreate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Access is granted for personal learning use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create competing products from our materials.
Your content
You retain ownership of what you create and post in the community (“User Content”), such as renders, videos, WIP images, and write-ups.
By posting User Content in BlendCreate (including Circle), you grant BlendCreate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
display your User Content within the Service (e.g., showcases, galleries, community feeds), and
use it for reasonable marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, emails), with credit where practical.
If you want us to stop using a specific piece of User Content for marketing, contact us and we’ll make reasonable efforts to remove it from future promotions (we can’t recall materials already published or scheduled).
You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have the necessary permissions to post it and grant this license.
11) Disclaimer
The Service is educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlendCreate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to BlendCreate in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an update on the website or inside the community). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
