These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BlendCreate (the “Service”), including digital lessons, downloadable resources, the Free Starter Pack, weekly challenges, and the BlendCreate community hosted on Circle.

By accessing free materials, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BlendCreate provides:

• Digital educational content, including video lessons, tutorials, and guides

• Downloadable learning resources, including project files, worksheets, templates, and reference materials

• Access to a community hosted on Circle, where members can share progress, participate in discussions, and give and receive feedback

• Optional creative challenges, skill-focused activities, project prompts, and other community activities designed to support consistent creative practice

Our website is primarily hosted on Framer and is used for information, marketing, and checkout. Most course viewing and community participation take place within Circle.

We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove content, features, pricing, or functionality from time to time. Where changes materially affect an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

2. Free Starter Pack (Free Access)

We may offer a Free Starter Pack and other free resources (“Free Materials”).

Free Materials are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You may use the Free Materials for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or otherwise share the Free Materials unless we expressly permit it in writing.

3. Plans

BlendCreate offers subscription plans, including BlendCreate Creator and BlendCreate Creator+ (Core Club).

Current features, pricing, billing intervals, access, and limitations are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions are intended for one individual only. Account sharing or transferring access to others is not permitted.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Payments and subscription transactions are processed through Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases of BlendCreate subscriptions.

By completing a purchase through Paddle, you may also be subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and policies.

Applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be calculated and collected where required.

Access to Circle and paid materials may be granted, updated, suspended, or revoked based on your billing status, including successful payments, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or failed payments.

If payment cannot be successfully collected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access until payment issues are resolved.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle’s buyer portal or the subscription management link provided in your transaction or subscription confirmation email.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, unless your access is suspended or terminated due to fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after the cancellation takes effect.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Creator+ (Core Club) Policies

Creator+ (Core Club) is designed to remain active, collaborative, and sustainable.

Capacity

Core Club may be organized into groups of approximately 30 members to maintain a high-quality experience.

If demand exceeds available capacity, we may:

• open additional groups,

• limit enrollment,

• maintain a waitlist, or

• temporarily pause new registrations.

Participation

We may establish participation guidelines from time to time to help maintain an active and supportive community.

These expectations will be communicated within the community and may evolve over time.

Monthly Sharing

Creator+ members may be encouraged to share a monthly work-in-progress or completed project within the community.

Members who prefer not to post publicly due to privacy, safety, or personal circumstances may request an alternative participation option, which we may provide at our discretion.

We reserve the right to interpret and apply these community policies reasonably and consistently.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly upload paid content or downloadable resources

• Share your account or provide unauthorized access to paid materials

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, spam, or violate the rights of others

• Post unlawful, hateful, abusive, or harmful content

• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to access the Service without authorization

• Reverse engineer, bypass, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships if these rules are violated.

10. Intellectual Property & User Content

Our Content

All lessons, downloads, templates, videos, graphics, and other materials provided through BlendCreate are owned by BlendCreate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal learning use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or create competing educational products or services using our materials.

Nothing in these Terms restricts members from using AI tools to create their own original work, provided they do not use BlendCreate’s proprietary content in violation of these Terms.

However, you may not upload, reproduce, distribute, or use BlendCreate’s paid lessons, downloads, templates, proprietary materials, or any substantial portion of our content for:

• training machine learning or AI models,

• building AI datasets,

• developing AI systems,

• creating competing educational products or services,

• or any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Your Content

By posting User Content within BlendCreate, you grant BlendCreate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including within community feeds, showcases, and galleries.

We may ask for your permission to feature your User Content in external marketing or promotional materials, such as our website, newsletters, or social media.

11. Community Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, remove, or moderate User Content or community activity that violates these Terms or negatively impacts the community experience.

12. Third-Party Services

BlendCreate relies on third-party platforms and service providers to operate the Service, including providers for website hosting, community services, payment processing, email communications, analytics, marketing, and workflow automation.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific results, career outcomes, business success, or creative achievements.

You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlendCreate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid for your BlendCreate subscription during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an announcement on our website, within the community, or by other appropriate means.

Changes will become effective on the date specified in the notice or when posted, as applicable. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlendCreate regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Service.
